mr heatsink i would personly like to see a full cncd vee brake including v arms,levers and cncd scooped rims like the echo ones and hubs front and rear rear has to be freehub cassett hub like the hope pro2 and maybe some pimp headsets normal and internal i recon that this stuff would be a big hit!
And not in f**king 32 hole only!!

im looking to do all of these comps, i easily have the technical ability to do the red routes, but my fitness is absolutely appauling, something i dont usually worry about when riding!
anyone got any tips for getting my trials related fitness up to scratch?

good luck getting the plaz pads out.
It's not hard
.Just put the pads on a baking tray in the oven o like 140-160 degrees. The glue will disintigrate long before anything happens to the pads material, and the material just pulls out the backings
.Don't leave them, though - i did, and melted my pads
- just stay at the oven and check them every couple of minutes. You'll only be waiting 10 minutes at the most.Cheers,

Yeah, we all need to decide,together, whether we are just going to turn up at the campsite (which, i don't think is the best idea) or at least try and reserve a place for camping...
And, also, is it just from Wednesday? If so thats a bit shit, i'm quite lookin forward to a whole week, so when is everyone else going?

Your new to the main forum, so believe me when i say this youtube clip has been posted here so many, many times. so in future when posting vid clips, check how many months that clip has been on the youtube site before posting it here. it also helps to go through this video thread before posting any future clips because if you dont, youll get slagged off big time for being lazy.

BOTH my ankles are f**ked now due to numerous sprains and breaks on both (mainly from football i must admit). But i wear ankle supports on both ankles now pretty much every ride just because they're that f**ked
