  1. A ring might not be best then as I always hit my bashplate at the moment.

    i'll say it again

'if you know you dont have a bashplate on you know your'e not going to use it'

    use a bashring you douche

i would onnly use a bashplate for biu comps

  2. Not sure about which bash ring but if your frame has a plate I'd keep it if I was you.

    why?

you will have lots more clearance if you havnt got it on mate, if you no you havnt got a bashplate, you know youre not going to use it (Y)

just run with a ring mate

trialtech or a try all bash is what you need

  3. I had this exact problem on my 320, i could only run a 118 bb in mine, today i took 3-4 milimetres off of my rear screw on sprocket on my t-master hub. i run a narrow kmc z610 hx chain and i managed to pop in a 128 bb today and i am very pleased with it!!

like i said here, my freewheel was rubbing my bb cup so tight when i tightend my crank up, so i put the sprocket on a lave then took 3-4 mill of popped my 128 bb in my frame. works fine will solve your problem!

you will be able to run a maggie again too mate

  4. ye maybe if u run loads of tar it wil stick on. try getting brake cleaner from halfords or somewhere and give the rim a blast and start fresh. or take out rear pistons and clean them up. use minrel oil or magura blood to lubracate the piston when it goes back in so u dont flip the seals or damage them..

thats for disc brakes, if you put that on a rim brake it will get contaminated

  6. make sure you have enough chain wrap, i would consider if you have had the sprokets on the bike long to replace them as they wear and stretch a bit which causes the chain to engage in the sprocket in-correctly.
