    Well i think Lee wants to meet at mine so we can have a mess about on the pallets

    Too right hehe, I will have to make sure i dont wipe out again.

    what ill do is ill give Lee my address aswell but im down southtown way near were Great Yarmouth collage is.

    I had a bad 1 last sat,

    I tried back hopping up onto a concrete block from a smaller one about a ft high

    As my back wheel landed, the quick release gave out on my magura,

    The back wheel slipped out from under me and I hit the deck like a sack of shit.

    I landed on the edge of the contrete block on my back (no hands or feet so support my fall as they were still on bike)

    I ended up with a huge bruise on my back and was unable to move for bout ten mins.

    I was also unable to breath properly for bout and hour + as i winded myself so badly.

    Will post a pic when i can figure out how to do it.

    Hi,

    I broke my magurra lever housing (left/ rear break) last night,

    And now need to swap my front lever to use on rear break so i can ride on sat,

    Would anybody be able to advise me on how to do it.

    Im gonna fill it with water for sat as i don't have royal blood at mo, so,

    Was just asking if anyone could tell me how to fill it once i have swapped it over.

    Sorry to hear about the brake mate, did you have any luck getting replacement bits? Sorry i was no help but i only had mags once and sold them on.

    If you can get someone to bleed them, you could run the front lever upside down on the other side of the bars so you still have the rear brake.

    You better be riding this Saturday! lol!

    Ha ha,

    Im not too sure about sat, but if i can sort it out (swap levers over) i will try make it.

    Not promising lol

    Even if i cant get it sorted, i will still come out with you and biddle, i just wont ride ( i will film)

    Auto Luke - The angry thread would be ideal for your current expressions of disaster and destruction.

    I realised that after i posted this so its in "they angry thread" now.

    do nothing now

    go to bed. and work on it in the morning otherwise youll snap something else now

    Ive been livid about 4 weeks ago:

    Bought a new frame and the brake mounts were tapped, just holes. Tried to tap it and f**ked it up so I had no bike for a demo I had to do on the Weekend.

    Built up a frame Will Arnold had, missed the first slot, had it ready for the second one. Then snapped the rear axle in my BT hub :/ No one had a spare

    Next day I borrowed another bike. Did a demo, then was practicing, snapped the BB axle :/

    After demoing on two more bikes, I got a BB from home (driving about 40 miles through traffic)

    Finally after this, I got the pirahna, but no money to build anything. Scraped some cash together in the sale section to buy a rear hub off Pat Donavon. Built the wheel, now needed a headset with no money :(

    Loaned off my mum to buy it, only for the bearings to get destoryed. FINALLY got it running well enough to make a video and yesterday I snapped the stem :/

    soooo yeah thats my 'bad' month. Things are looking up though (Y) Only got the £200 loan to pay back to my mum, and £250 summer retainer for my uni house left to pay.

    Oh dear, not good at all mate.

    I went out to my garage this evening to have a fiddle with my rear break,

    Took bout an hour to get my pads where i wanted them, I was getting really f**ked off as i couldnt get them where i wanted them,

    Then just as i had finnished setting them up, i let small amout of oil out to set lever,

    Then SNAP!!!!!! i over tightened the bleed screw thing and now i have a split in the leaver housing

    Oil went f**king everywhere, my frame, my trainers(white) and my jeans, i went ape shit.

    Over an hour only for that to happen.

    Not a good night. :angry:

    Okay, so i dont know ANYONE who dose trials is norfolk/norwich (and never even seen anyone.) So dose anyone achally do trials around my aria ?

    I know there are a few riders in norwich.

    Not sure of they're names though as i have only been riding bout 2 weeks myself.

    I live in lowestoft and would be up for riding Norwich someday if your up for it.

    I only know a couple of riders at moment, David Biddle (yarmouth) and Jimbo Limbo (Lowestoft).

    Pretty sure they would be up for it, we try ride lowey every sat if we can so, if you want to, your welcome to join us anytime.

    Awesome, well id like to try and ride every saturday if possible as im trying to get out on my bke more as havent riden regularly for a couple of years. Ill post up again nearer the time.

    I take it both yourself and biddle are still riding tommorrow jimbo?

    Same time?

    Same place ?
