    I'd go for a fresh install. Get your basic programs on, so antivirus, web browser, email client and any others you use frequently (itunes, photoshop etc).

    Once your at a point where you've sat down and thought "yep, no need to shove anything else on for now" make a backup of the operating system.

    If your running vista/7 theres a feature built in that will clone your install to a couple of dvd discs. Then in the future should you find it going slow again it'll be a whole lot less hassle to just shove in your backup discs and revert to the point just after you've installed all your files.

    Hey guys, seeing as thought most of you will be using a bank account of somesort by now. I'm needing advice on who to choose etc etc.

    Basically, I'm looking for a simple account, where money goes in and out with no confusion and the use of a debit card.

    I'm just putting it simply, so you guys can tell me your preferences etc etc..

    I was talking to a friend and we were talking about different quotes and how they can really change the way you think. You get people suggesting things that people like MLK have said etc.

    But post a quote or song lyric that you really look upto, like or inspires you.

    Because I suffer from manic depression, and I'm a miserable fanny. Mine's;

    I wasn't, nor am i annoyed. I just despair at this ignorance of others. I don't get why we have to constantly listen to little quirts moaning about a lack of interest in the sport.

    Why go on trialsforum to moan about disliking trials.

    I thought the dick was selling his bike and quitting anyway - so go already. No one wants to hear your pissy, moany, ass self accusing a whole sport of becoming 'shit'.

    If it's shit, then leave, calling it shit and moaning on like a miserable old tortoise certainly isn't doing anything to improve it.

    Get a f**king grip, everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

    I mainly made the topic, as I enjoyed the video. Not to get the majority of pricks like you, jumping on your high-horse.

    In my opinion, trials is dying. Especially local.

    Note 'Deleted Scenes'. Just because you and your mates don't have banter when they ride, or hang out outside of riding, doesn't mean that everyone is like that or that trials is 'dead'.

    I'd say it's probably more alive now that we can have a day without a new teaser from you.

    I don't bring out 'teasers'. And alot of people say the scene is pretty much dead. Bessel etc etc have all said it. There's even a dvd out Trials is dead'

    The unfortunate trait of a lot of TGS riders.

    Haha, it's not so much that. Just we used to be able to go out, ride and have a laugh. But with not as much people riding as there used to be, It's different.
