  2. Hi All I am building my first trials bike it is an old 2002-2003 T-MAG, the forks I have with it have a really long steerer tube. My first question is how many mm of shims would you cut the steerer to suit, bearing in mind I will want to do a fair it of trial and error with regards stem height. My second question is I have a pair of Try All Flat bars with a Try All Nuc 30 degree 150mm Stem, is this ok with regards length and angle, or would you recomend something else??? Many Thanks In Advance Tom

  5. Hi All I have a 2002-2003 T-mag which has the internal crane creek headset in which it has had from new. My question is can I fit a standard headset in this frame or does it have to be the internal type??
  6. Thanks for all your posts I did it this morning all came out fine and all back together! I did not change the bearings as they weren't too bad so I just washed them out in thinners and re greased. Tom
  7. They are only Onza hubs. I have a press and have pressed out a few bearings but nothing as light as this. Also there is more than one and it looks like they need to be pulled out from each side.
  8. Hello All I have been looking at the hubs on my bike and wondered if it is possible to changed the sealed berings in the hub?? If so have any of you removed them and if so how did you do it?? I was then going to try and get some new bearings from the local engineering supplies, as I would guess they would be a standard size, after all Onza Echo etc would not manufacture bearings they would get them supplied by someone like SKF. Thanks in Advance Tom
  9. Sorry if this sounds insulting but have you adjusted your brakes up to the rims in your mounts??

I have never done cycle trials before, however I use to do motorcycle trials as a schoolboy. Can't wait to complete the bike so I can ride it. Speak to you all soon Tom

  12. Hello All This is my first post sorry if it seems a silly question but what hand thread is the BB? I am stripping an old bike and rebuilding it and I do not wish to ruin the spline as it seems to be very tight. Many thanks Tom
