    Time Warp

I just saw a episode of the series Time warp, this time they set there camera`s on two trialbikes. Now you see in real slow motion what really happens with yourself and the bike when you do pedal kick. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-YXIJGhaQE
  2. Finally my new frame has arrived. I`m now only waithing for a new rear wheel wich will complete the bike. It should be on the way as we speak, the current wheel has a broken hub.
  3. As I understand he doesn`t want to sell, but needs some things. I had the same problem,my rear hub broke down, saw some beautiful hubs for sale but was unable to buy them You just have to be patients I guess
  4. I think it`s very personal. Myself I started with a 20inch bike. Until I met a rider with a 26. After that I had ridden his bike I wanted a 26 also. It felt in some way beter......but like I said it`s very personal My advise is to find riders with both 20 as 26 bikes and ask them if you can try them out..
  5. I just have to get this of my chest, to some point I can understand this whole validation thing. But most new members are people which are new to trials. So they don`t know that much about it ,possibly don`t even have a bike. For those people it`s hard to get validated, they can`t answer questions and they can`t buy a bike or parts. Then there`s that rule about good english. That also can be quit a challange if your not from a country wich has English as mother language. Well that`s what i want to say about it.........Maby just my frustration cause i`m not validated
  6. cadged pedals have much grip, but when it hits your leg....it really hurts. Shoes like Vans or Etnies have a soft bottom wich means a lot of grip.
  7. It`s like Findus said, try try try. It`s the only way. At some point you will see that it is getting better. just don`t expect it within a week. Al the videos are helpfull to get a impression of how it should go. But just get on your bike and ride.
  8. I want to buy a new cog wheel. I`ve heard that there a trial specific cogs availible. They seem to be stronger and thicker than the standard ones. Now I think I found one,but ì`m not sure http://www.trialparts.net/cat.php?id=17 ( NEON-09 Cog ). I tryed to find it at Tarty`s but couldn`t find it on there site. Does anyone know if this is the right one,and if Tarty`s are selling this item.
  9. I know what you mean. I`m trying to find a stock frame. And either it`s to expensive or I get no response to my email........very frustrating, especially because my current frame broke in half. Good luke with your search man
  10. Hello everybody,my name is Danny and i`m from Holland. Here trial isn`t as big as it is in the UK. When I started about 6 months ago I thought I was the only one in my town. I started with a 20inch monty, but for some reasen this didn`t felt right. I was lucky to find another rider with a 26inch bike. I tried his bike and this felt much beter. So I bought a stock Kott ms2. Unfortunately my frame broke........... So now i`m waiting to buy a new frame. The other rider by the way I found on this forum,He happens to live almost next to me.
  11. I had the the same problem with my Kott ms2 frame. The best thing to do is buy longer BB. I didn`t had the change to do so,because my frame broke before I could replace it
  12. Hey Danny , hoping to meet / ride with you soon !
