  1. Yeah, it will be a Tensile 60 click. First you need to get your crank arm off of your Bottom Bracket Axle. Best way to do this is to use a Crank Extractor like this. If you don't have acess to one you can use a big hammer but the disadvantage is that it will put marks in your cranks. To open up your freewheel to service it you will need: A Vice (Or something you can clamp the crank firmly down with) A hammer A centre punch (A flathead screwdriver does the trick too) And I find it easier if you have some mole grips or pliers to hold onto the centre punch (Or flathead) with. Something to clean everything out with (I use White spirit) Some cloths/ napkins to dry everything And a light oil for putting everything back together with. ( I use Wd-40) So, clamp your crank into the vice tightly. You need to take off the lockring. Which you can see in this picture To do this, get your centre punch (Or flathead) and place in one of the two holes. (circled in blue) . Tighten your mole grips or pliers onto the flathead and hammer then end round till it comes off. Now, Tensiles are a right hand thread so you will have to hammer it round anti-clockwise to get it off. Once the lockring is off take it off and place it aside, then take the outer bearing out of the ratchet, take the ratchet off, and the shims, and take out all the springs/ pawls and the inner bearing. Pour a bit of white spirit into a cup or something and put the pawls and springs in. Carefully just clean them with a toothbrush or something and dry them. Clean the bearings, the ratchet and dry. Check all the parts for wear and see if they still look ok. You could stretch the springs if you want to just a tad to make it a bit louder. But you don't need to. Put everything back on the same way it came off and spray some WD-40 in it, tighten the lockring with the flathead again and make sure it's tight and stick your crank back on your bike. Doing all that should solve the problem. If not, there will be something wrong with it. I.e Pawls/ springs needing replaced. Good luck. Hope I helped.
  2. I have the Tensile 96 click. I reccommend it. It's a great freewheel. I've had it for about two months. At first it was quite quiet but after a few days it's really loud! It's only skipped twice and that was probably just bedding in. It's super responsive and looks great too. If you were to clean it out and stretch the springs it would be super loud!   3. About the wheel, do you have the Onza integrated tensioners installed and if so do you know they are correctly installed? Tighten the tensioners on each side until you have a good tension and the wheel is centered then tighten the axle bolts nice and tight. This should sort your problem. Post back if it consists to move. It is most likely your prongs. Completely set up your brake again. My guess is that your pads don't have alot of life left and your having to set the pistons really close to your rim. Give your brake a fresh bleed. Look at this if you need help: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/wiki/How_to_...p_a_Magura_HS33 If you set the pistons up as close as you can and the leverage is still coming in too far, keep turning your TPA up until it's a nice leverage. However be careful not to turn it up too much as you will jam and strip the TPA. Hope this has helped.

  5. I'd say get a 2-bolt. The 4-bolts are a pain to set-up and quite often take away all the bite of your brake. As I said in the other thread, I'd go for the Trialtech Sport 2-bolt booster on Tarty. It's a really good booster and is pretty cheap.

  7. I reccommend getting a 2-bolt booster for it. The Trialtech Sport 2-Bolt is really good. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...category_id=104 Not only will getting a booster make your frame last longer (because usually frames will crack at the 4-bolt mounts) it will also make your braking performance alot better. The hold will be greatly increased. Well worth the money.
