all fantastic tips thankyou.ill try them tomoro. the problem was is thre was no wholes where a cassette or bb remover would fit. just plain flat metal. ill just have to fight it off haha

hi guys. i am returning to trials after 3 years off mountainbiking only. my onza t-pro 2004 needs a new free wheel. i have ordered a tensile one from tarty and it is on the way. i am struggling to get my old one off however. i am trying to remove the driveside crankl to get to the frewheel,but i cant get it off the square taper. the mechanics at my work are all mtb or roadies so i was hoping someone could help me step by step on how to swap the freewheel. thanks !
