yesterday went to back hop on to a very small rock because it wasnt high i didnt consentrate properly, missed it and landed straight on my bum, hurt so much! cant ride for a few days now

i have put new brake pads on my magura back brake and when i peddle the crank arm slightly knocks it but not too much, if i move the brakes in they grind on the rim, any advice please?

i work all week and the only time i get to ride is the weekends and it is nearly always raining is there no where indoors where ui can ride?!
