  1. Loved Oblivion, totally buzzed for Skyrim. Only thing I didn't like was the bad range of spells, picked up Morrowind as well but never got into it. I basically want something like WoW, but without the subscriptions. Not too bothered about being online either. So a free, single player version of WoW would be sweet.

Looked at some Planetside gameplay when you mentioned 2 was out soon, might've just been the guy I was watching but it seemed a bit meh.

  2. 1 A, 4 Bs and 4 Cs, currently in the process of f**king up my second go at AS levels, at least I got through to second year this time, but none of the things I'm doing are even slightly related to what I want to do.

  3. Crysis and Crysis Warhead are a must IMO. I just got Crysis 2, undecided as to whether I would recommend. It's good, but the gameplay is not for me. Has this rediculously annoying lag that modern FPS games seem to have on the mouse movements to smooth them out. That and the way the guy moves makes me feel like I'm playing underwater.

    It's like BFBC2, but worse.

Got Warhead, got a little bored of it quite quick, haven't even bothered reinstalling it since I wiped my drive. Didn't like Crysis 2 that much when I played a bit on console either.

Last game I properly enjoyed was Fallout 3*, I loved the combination of FPS and RPG elements, so something along those lines. I also love the sort of mage/warrior/ranger type RPGs, but never got properly into them so don't know which are good and which aren't.

*tried New Vegas and didn't like it

  4. The slavery thing involves creating consumers of shite who then HAVE to work to get the stuff they don't need but want.

Agree with most of this, apart from the only thing actually 'making you a slave' is yourself, yeah alright, you've been socially conditioned to want to work so you can buy all the shit you want, but ultimately you decide how much of an effect you're going to let everything have on you, and you decide if you're going to take your own reading from media and shit, and ignore the prescribed message of 'BUY OUR SHIT'.

The other day I was watching some TV with my mate, and an advert for Lucozade came on. Once it'd finished my mate said 'You comin't shop? Really want some Lucozade now!', and I said 'I'll come't shop, but Lucozade's shit.' and he just sort of stopped, and replied 'Yeah it fair is actually.'. Made me laugh how much people are still affected by cheap tricks and clever advertising.

  5. Brad Pitt and co are filming in glasgow for the new zombie movie

Wahoo. Yippee. Kalloo, Kallay. Another zombie movie.

I wonder how they'll reinvent the genre this time.

That said, Zombieland was quite good, but the whole zombies thing is a bit meh; films, games, books, it's been done to death.

Watched Blazing Saddles the other day, forgot how much I loved that film :D

  6. I tried to get in the inbetweeners with a few mates but we got asked for ID. What ID is a 15 year old meant to have? :S

Your local council should have some shitty excuse for ID. Around here we have 'Beez cards'. Either that or a passport.

Fair up for watching Inbetweeners movie now, never really been into The Inbetweeners but I've watched all of Season 1 and some of Season 2 today, it's not that bad.

  7. now downloading it.

and if anyone wants a torrent link, find one yourselves you layabout!

    3. Warez Minimum Penalty - 1 Warning Point

Do not post information or requests for illegal software, downloads, TV shows etc. This includes requesting serials or cracks.

  8. Crawling through tight spaces/tunnels is the worst for me. Has any one seen the film 'The Descent'? As a whole it wasn't scary at all, but when they were crawling through lose cave tunnels ( especially when one of them got stuck ) was the most scared I have ever been watching a film.

This, haaaate it, you could just be trapped there forever and die, or live if someone fed you through a tube, but then you'd want to die, and it all becomes a scary, vicious circle. Don't like spiders either, can't touch 'em without going all mard.

My mate told me she was scared of jelly, about a week later I came out the kitchen with a pack of jelly to see if she was taking the piss or not, she sprinted out the room, came back in crying when I said I'd put it away, heard some epic stories about birthday parties when she was little though, amazing. My girlfriend's scared of pigeons too*, I love shitty fears haha.

*starting to think she is an actual retard

  9. It'd be better to just save your money and just wait until you can afford a Pro II, take a look in the FS section on here, there's Pro IIs going for about £60, which isn't that much more than the Superstar hubs. Krisboats was selling his Pro II hub not too long ago, might be worth pm-ing him to see if he's still got it.

  10. Exit Through The Gift Shop

Love that film, watched it a few times, and still don't quite know what's actually going on. M. BW is such a useless twat haha, 'He was even more than I expected; he was, like, just incredible; he was cool, he was... he was human, he was... he was... he was... he is, you know, he's really like a... what he represents, you know? He's really like a... I think he's really like a... I really liked him!'.

Watched Sin City the other day, awesome film.
