I know what you mean dude, but I have to have gloves otherwise my fairy soft hands get hurt! :-P

So yeah as it says I'm after some advice about gloves, I used to use Troy Lee XC gloves but they have seen better days! Any reccomendations? I was looking at the Try-All gloves anyone had any exprience with them?

Its got to be one of the best DVDs out there! All though when I had it it was a Video! Try and find it though its worth it! Also the trackstand will set you up for near on every trick you will come to do!

OK Im going to sound real old but I learnt from the Martyns/Martins when they had there video outm get on the back wheel then try pedaling and breaking pedaling and breaking! So I guess like a standing up wheelie, then progress on to the hopping part! Hope this helps

Hey Buddy! I'd say its down to what you like best! I have always ridden with a double cage pedal and as the others said 'shin digs' are just going to happen! Give the plastic ones a go and see how you get on with them, You can always go back to the metal ones hey! L
