  1. I have a KMC thin chain (off supercycles..it's to be run with gears)

How do I go about joining it? I have got these connecter links..so I shorten it then put these on to join it? Or can i do away with these and join it at a male/female end with black pins that are already in there?

Wanna know which is the more common / stronger way of doing it cos I don't wanna end up with a dodgy chain.

    Cheers

personally i donot use the connector links, i just shorten it and then join it by using the pins that 'are already there in there'

  2. i have a MET BadBoy helmet - theyre really good.

i have had it for ages now - before they were properly released but theyre comfy, strong and reasonably priced at £25. However i paid £30 for mine because they werent even released at the time!

  3. I ride there quite a lot. It is really good and has so much stuff there with so many lines. There's cars/ logs/ sleepers/ pallets/ the stuff from the bikeshows as well as spools and much more.

half of the place is undercover and half is outdoors. Nothing ever gets nicked either as chris doney locks it all the time and it's fenced off.

I guess i am quite lucky i live just up the road, although it's the only good riding around my area  .

I will probably go at least one of the days.

ye me to. we dont really have anything around our area apart from doney's.

like george said its a really good place to ride with tonnes of lines.

i will probably trundle down the road to make an appearance on atleast one of the days too.

  4. i think the revells are sweet. both the 20 and 26 inch versions ride really nicely.

that one looks a bit weird due to colours and parts, and i think chris doney has the best set up on one of his - this one:
