    my local one is to much hasle altho someone i kow yoused to own a bike shop and said get a new bottom bracket ???? what one to get ?????/ ty ashley

    i have done that and it keeps coming un done i put some ptfe tape on in and it seems t be holding ? do i get a new 1

    the bottom bracket on my mad phase 1.3 keeps coming loose i have put some PTFE tape round the bolt so should i get some new bolts if so what ones do i need to get cheerz. ashley

    onzers are more reliable mad phases breaks are bad and bottom bracket needs changing
