Hey guys,
it's gonna be my 2nd season this summer and I still have a lot of issues with any lines that is not short. I know that my breathing is a part of my problem but I'm not in a very good shape as well.
Does any of you have some tips or some sort of a guide for getting in shape specificly for trials? Do you know any good working breathing methods? because i'm always just too concentrated doing my lines that i forget to breath.
