Monty cranks, ECHO forks Brand new monty tyres HS33 brakes with uprated gold ECHO boosters and lever blades, with braided rear hosing. Try-al sticky pads Try-al gold pedals, half sproket gaurd, sproket Brisa elite stem Brisa elite carbon bars ect, ect, ect Seems like a sound bloke and close to home but £100 more than I was looking to spend. Not for me- I prefer MTB at Glentress(injury magnet) but wonderboy wants trials bike like his mate. Help. Needs to be whole bike or we end up with frame and box of washers!

I am hoping to buy a used bike for beginner who wants hydraulics but I don't really know why ordinary brakes wont do and maguras seem to bump up the price. Are they worth it?
