Once the stuff i've put on has worn off i'll try that kieran, thanks! Although i dont have much faith in this stuff. I was expecting amazing braking (bite, hold AND sound) and i get the oposite with a high pitched failing squeak. ,
I think it's the fact that you have it on a dead grind. I have the same problem it works perfect on the rear with the same pads and with no grind but it just won't work on my front with a dead grind.

hey I've been having problems with the performance of my brakes it's not the brake itself that have the problem its what I'm using to make them better or in this case worse.
I am running a smooth rim with tar but in the heat the tar just melts and i was wondering if anyone knows of anything else i could use as a replacement apart from a grind? It would help allot.

Recently I've been trying to be as smooth as possible I've started rolling up to the back wheel when I'm setting up to do something but that's as close as I can get.Has anyone got any tips? It would be a real help.

I have them on the front with a dead grind with a hint of tar and they work beast and work just as well for me on the back with a smooth rim.

Lol.. So your saying that you should grind your rim.. then grind it AGAIN because the first one is never as good as the second? Ever thought that your / the person grinding your rim is shit at it? Your clearly doing something wrong mate.
