  6. Well had a play around and i have to say much better, Spot on advice revolver Definitely gonna upgrade cables and get a new lever though hopefully be spot on then who knows might treat myself to a bb7. Thanks for the help guys much appreciated.
  7. Would getting a new cable and lever for the onza brake make a difference? At least it wont be money wasted as i will need them anyway for a bb7

  9. I have had hydro brakes for as long as i can remember and like the feel, The onza brake just feels cheap and i have to pull the lever all the way to the bar for it to be effective.
  10. Hi guys I have a onza pro 09 with standard cable disc brake on the front, The question should i bother upgrading to a bb7? Will it really make much difference or will a cheap hydro be as good. I found these on chain reaction and have really good reviews. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=47542 Surely these would be better then a mechanical disc any comments or alternatives would be gratefully received.   14. Online shops are ok but i think sometimes its nice just be able to walk into a shop pick it up pay then fit it, surely someone agrees?
  15. Hi guys, I live in Milton Keynes and was wondering is there any trials shops in the area? There is cycle shops a plenty but i mean a trials bike specific shop where i can buy more then just some maggy pads! I know tartybikes and stuff but i like to actually look at stuff in a shop before i buy it. Cheers Hooch
  16. Your not wrong about the bouncing back mate!!. I'm an ex squaddie so my knees are pretty shot but i'm still twice as fit as some of my younger mates
  17. Been thinking of asking the same question, Nearly 30 but ride xc a lot and just really wanted to try trials for years So bit the bullet just bought a second hand mod just gotta start practising now!!
