Its a 2 bolt revell booster and I've got echo maggy mounts.

Im running HS33's and would like to fit a booster.Do you have to put a spacer on the bolts between the brake clamp and the booster or is it OK to just bolt it straight onto the clamp?

That is a great help.My only trouble now is I've already re-tapped the frame 6mm so I could go riding.I've since spoken to a mechanic friend who told me to simply by the helicoil repair for what ever size you've tapped.Which is a kind of a "no shit" answer.But better safe than sorry.I just hope the new mounts I've got coming can take a 6mm bolt.

I re-tapped it 6mm today and used an m6 bolt.Now im worried about stripping the thread again.Can I still insert a 6mm helicoil in the frame or is it too late?

Right,that answers that one.So I'd need to get m6 helicoils then?

Just threaded the frame on my monty where the maguras attach.What size helicoil repair kit should I be looking for? M4 to replace whats broke or M5 because the hole going to be bigger now its threaded?

There defo 4 bolt mounts on the frame,but its got the left hand mount on the forks in the first link fitted.You've just found my trouble thank you,I'll bin it and get a proper set of 4 bolt mounts

Thank you all for the replys.I'll check out the tnn mounts.Its got 4 bolt mounts on the rear.Im not sure if their off a V adaptor or not,all I know is it says magura and is slightly offset compaired with the other magura mounts on the bike.

I know there is a lot of talk about the best pads to use,but what are the best set of 4 bolt brake mount for HS33's. On my Monty 20" I run standard Magura mounts on the front which work fine,but on the back are the weird offset magura mounts that clip together at one end. I heard that the tensile mounts were not up to the job,but what are the best mounts about today?

Just got back into trials this year amd realy enjoying it.Are pedal trials competitions dying out,with the closure of Hampshire trials I'm finding it hard to find any close enough or any at all.Does anyone have any info on clubs/comps in the south of England or should I just resign myself to street trials.

Just got back into trials a few weeks ago after an 8 or so year gap.I bought a couple year old monty off a friend.Only problem is its got an Echo rear hydraulic rim brake on it,where one of the slave cylinders is weeping.Is there a way of stripping it and replacing the O-rings/washers or is it a case of just buying another unit? Any help would be great,I'd like to do this on the cheap as a stop gap untill pay day at end of month.
