  1. Hi all,

I am painting my wheels on my diamondback bike build. Just wondered which bits to cover up and which bits not to cover up. I am painting them black (not that that makes any difference) and the bike is red, do you guys think the colour scheme is good or not?

    Thanks :)

  2. Hi guys, for some reason my crank keeps coming really loose but not actually coming of. I have taken my bike to my local bike shop and they did it up really tight but one week on and it has come loose again. Its only been the left crank (so not the side with the chain and sprocket) and the right ones been fine. Not sure what to do?

Any help would be appreciated, as cannot ride with it loose.

    Thanks :D

  3. Hi I found that it is better to buy a second hand full build. I got an Onza T-bird barely used with a few new parts for less than £150 which is a fantastic deal. So my advice is keep looking until you find a bargain as there are plenty out there. :D

I also think that 20inch are a better starter bike as they are more flickable and are easier to learn how to kick up on.

Hope this helps, good luck (Y)

  4. hi all bought a diamondback groove yesturday as my alround freeride mtb. i know it is slightly aimed at dirtjumpers (which i do not do i ride trials on my onza and freeride on this) but it seemed like a good hardcore mtb this is because it has 24 gears and strong yet light frame. I bought it for £240 reduced from over £400 and thought it was a good deal. took it around the woods yesturday and it was mint.

what do you think, good buy for what id use it for.
