  1. Hi all, I am painting my wheels on my diamondback bike build. Just wondered which bits to cover up and which bits not to cover up. I am painting them black (not that that makes any difference) and the bike is red, do you guys think the colour scheme is good or not? Thanks
  2. No they arent new and dont need bedding in I have tried the 'keep on doing it up method' but hasn't seemed to have worked. thanks alot anyway

  5. Thanks wozz, that will probably be what's happened. Should I get it changed or just keep tightening it up?
  6. Hi guys, for some reason my crank keeps coming really loose but not actually coming of. I have taken my bike to my local bike shop and they did it up really tight but one week on and it has come loose again. Its only been the left crank (so not the side with the chain and sprocket) and the right ones been fine. Not sure what to do? Any help would be appreciated, as cannot ride with it loose. Thanks
  7. Hi guys just wondering how to get onto and bounce to things on my rear wheel. I would appreciate a few pointers on how to bounce up and to objects. I can kick up and stay on my rear wheel but cant seem to hop forwood or bounce high enough to get onto things? Thanks
  8. Hi I found that it is better to buy a second hand full build. I got an Onza T-bird barely used with a few new parts for less than £150 which is a fantastic deal. So my advice is keep looking until you find a bargain as there are plenty out there. I also think that 20inch are a better starter bike as they are more flickable and are easier to learn how to kick up on. Hope this helps, good luck
  9. Im up for it. Is anyone else coming at the moment, also when will it be time and date please? You could put it on the member organised ride section and more people might come. just a thought.

  15. hi all bought a diamondback groove yesturday as my alround freeride mtb. i know it is slightly aimed at dirtjumpers (which i do not do i ride trials on my onza and freeride on this) but it seemed like a good hardcore mtb this is because it has 24 gears and strong yet light frame. I bought it for £240 reduced from over £400 and thought it was a good deal. took it around the woods yesturday and it was mint. what do you think, good buy for what id use it for. spec list brakes Quad QMD-5 mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors fork RST Gila Pro 120mm Frame 24" - 29" Inside Leg Gears 24 Gearset Suntour alloy 42/34/24 rims Diamondback dirt jump
