  1. I have an Onza pro 2010 and I have just broken my (mechanical) caliper, I'm thinking about swapping to hydraulics and I have found something which is pretty good and in my price range, at the moment I have a 180mm disc and the caliper that I'm buying is 185mm would it fit on my disc/bike??

  3. Do you mean when you kick the pedals you push your body forwards at the same time ?
  4. Try stretching before you ride, maybe roll your ankles and calve muscles this helps a lot when I play rugby, because a lot of pressure gets put on the legs and ankles:)

  6. I'm struggling when trying to get distance when pedal kicking, I can get about 1 meter but that's it, anyone got any tips ?

  12. I tried starting with two but I find it easier with one I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong which may stop me from maybe progressing in the future

  14. When pedal kicking I was wondering how many fingers should u have on the back brake? At the moment in using one but if it's wrong I'd like to know the right technique
