I forgot to mention. I advertised the frame for sale as 165pounds posted. It normally costs me 12 pounds to send a frame to another UK address so I factored that into the price. If you are interested then its still the same for sending to Portugal i.e. subtract the 12 from the total cost of postage to portugal and you pay the remaining balance of the postage. So if TNT charge 27pounds, you pay an extra 15pounds for postage on top of the 165.

The problem I see with this is sending to a UK address, you will pay 20% VAT on top of your bill from Tarty. It has to leave the UK to not pay the VAT. So it works out the same priceto have it shipped overseas as sending it to UK address with cheap postage. I live btwn UK and Australia and can have parcels from Tarty sent to Aus for often the same as what it would cost to buy in UK and pay the tax.

Apologies for taking so long to check for another price. I had a go at quotes on parcel2go on the computer at work but there's some kind if blocker, like a pop-up blocker which didnt allow the 'get a quote' icon to show, and last night on my own compuer I forgot to check.

So, Ive had a look. I didnt know your postcode, so just put shipping to portugal. TNT freight quoted 27.10+VAT(pounds). Next was World express 33.58+VAT.

I could. Ive had a look online and it looks pretty expensive. parcel force UK want 51.30pound minimum.
