  1. thanks for your help. although i have been doing trials for about 5 months
  2. i think i just need to get used to riding more thankyou
  3. no it has just started to happen. the first time was yesterday when i learnt to hop around a lot more
  4. ok thankyou but about 10 minutes after i have stopped riding my arms are perfectly fine again and they move properley without causing any pain
  5. i have been riding for about 5 months though
  6. latley i have been out on my trials bike a lot more (everyday) and my elbows and arms are really hurting after each ride. some times it even makes me have to go home early. Please can you help me because i dont know why this is+ i have been hopping around quite a lot if that helps. But my elbows seem to hurt so much.
  7. I have been looking at the new monty 219 in silver/raw and im really interested in it, although my only worry is that it is 11kg. Would this weight affect me and would the bike feel heavy?
  8. ok thanks but none of my friends ride trials. im always on my own
  9. ok so i have been doing trials for about 5-6 months now and can do some things. For instance i can hop on my back wheel up and down things by pedal kicking but they are not very high+ i havn't progressed very much in this time. please help.
  10. are echos longer than most bikes though?
  11. can you suggest any good brand that i could possibly get second hand please?
  12. would it be a good idea for me to buy the koxx yellow as my second bike. At the moment i have an onza rip but im thinking of getting a better bike. Is this a good idea?
  13. ok thankyou for all your help everyone. i will get some new pads as soon as possible.
  14. Im not quite sure what pads they are but they are yellow and i think they were called something like 'disco pads' and i got them from bikefridge.
  15. yes they are set up square to the rim and i dont have a grind either.
