its hard to mod a car. and it costs a bomb.
i got a corsa just because there cheap to run and insure. i got some alloys and thats about it. stereo obviously.
dont bother on your first car. it wont be quick so theres no point anyways. 1.2 with a crazy body kit...yeah mate your kewl.
you can do a few minor things to make it acceptable. like alloys. echaust for a bitta noise but thats about it.

you dont have to be 18 to drive in france. i think its at the insurance's desgreation <sp>
i just rung up direct line and i got a green card which cost me £10.50 but i opted for the breakdown cover which costs 40 quid but well worth it.
im 17 at the moment. im 18 in june and the insurance was fine.

and its a temporary brake.
