Almost two weeks on and I havnt been back on the bike but I think tomorrow is the day! I just bruised the shit out of my ass cheek and tore the muscle in it real good, plus hurt my neck from the whiplash. Im almost back to normal now

It was just a short runnup pedal up i went too verticle. No im running LGMs. Shit happens. Back is wrecked though.
