It should say on the adaptor (+10) or (+xx) on how much it derives from the standard 160mm.

Sadly, trials bikes aren't cheap at all. I'm looking to buy a new bike soon, so I might sell my Monty XXV (LIMITED EDITION!!) frame..

I personally started trials about 8 months ago. Did ride a normal bike to school when I was little but once I got my drivers license I got rid of it. Now, because of trials, I'm wanting to get myself a decent bike again..

I switched from an Avid Elixir 5 to a BB7 with SD7 lever and linear cable (off ebay, 3,45!). I'm serious, this is a good investment. Do it.

How would you prefer the Tok over a proper trials bike is what I don't see.
It only adds the extra 'power' you need to get from point A to point B since you can't pedalkick.I'd rather go to the gym for that than be seen on the Tok.
EDIT: And then those random words. I could make a video of myself going to the grocery store, have a shot where I walk down the sidewalk in slowmotion carrying a bunch of bags and caption it 'WORKOUT'... Oh and yeah, one more thing, it isn't a bike ffs.

I use the monty cams, they're notched but they're a bitch to get nice and tight.
