Dynamix trials jam was supposed to be the start of a permanent indoor venue in Newcastle (Gateshead), but due to unforeseen circumstances the trials project was put on hold...nobody from the riding community has stepped up and restarted it either...so all of the obstacles we have created or accumulated remain unused. I think the fact that its a FREE space, no rent needed for trials bit, should be enough? We have collected a lot of materials and equipment to build a course both indoor and out, all that's missing is the trials community!
