  1. Sounds like SAD ( seasonal anxiety dissorder ). This isnt as bad as it sounds its a bit like ali said lack of vitamin d. Sun lamps are good as they give off uv rays and this will help you. Pretty sure you arent the only one out there that this effects doesnt make much difference to me as i work nights and dont get to see much sunlight anyway.

  2. I tend to listen to a lot of music and always have done. Certain music induces certain moods and always has done. I prefer to listen to music over watching tv as i am more productive listening to music. I really enjoy being out on my bike or out walking and running while listening to music. Dont know if this is really on topic or off topic but hey just my point of view

  3. The problem with dealing with depression is it can be a very personal thing. Some people manage and you may never even know that they had or have a problem and the pressure of everyday life can sometimes make things worse. However it seems your everyday life is ok but you feel lonely and that is possibly the cause for you or maybe there is something else deeper that you need to deal with. I suffered from a young age with anxiety issues and still at times feel it creeping back in but i have a lot of my own coping mechanisms that i have built up over time and unfortunatly that may be something that takes you some time to find. I am no expert and never will be but i have found that some things work and others make things worse it all really depends on you and how you deal with things in your life.

  4. It totally depends on you. I often ride alone and enjoy it but i also think that sometimes if you are with others they make you want to ride better and progress your riding. But then on the other hand sometimes you may be willing to try something when you are alone that you wouldnt try infront of others.
