Is it possible to restrict say a 400 or 250 to 125 no more than 14.6bhp?

Right hey guys, I'm 17 tomorrow :P and i'm wanting to get myself a nice 125 for the road and i've seen alot of these copy bikes and i was wondering if any one can advise me on them, weather i should or not basicly ive got a tight budget of about 800-900 so if any one can provide details of a better bike around that price otr it would be much appriciated.
Or would second hand be the best bet?

Sounds alright yeah apart from the graphics at least try go for a 9800pro,
Also i recommend This Monitor my mate bought one along with the 9800 and the graphics are amazing.
Also to be fair a 120gb hd is a bit unneedy lol, go for somthing like 80gb to cut the price a little, just go through it and see if you can cut a lil price on items sometimes makes a big difrence.

A good idea would maybe be to make a pedal board you can have some great crazy design.
But if your after marks aswell as my old teacher said " make somthing that will apeal to the examiner ".
No joke here but why not try to tackle making a guitar to be fair it isnt all that hard after the body is made might be quite pricey but still your lookin at top marks.

personaly i pick C, A would have to be pretty wide for cable and the draws arent easy to make.
And B isnt realy practical for guitar stuff.
But to be fair neither is C lol.
For all my guitar cables etc. i just use a storage box does the job, maybe you should rethink your idea, as your not going to hit top marks realy for that, i made a lighthouse lamp got a B for it and my coursework was pretty crap so ended up with a F somehow.
A lad in my class built a mini woden 5watt guitar amp he got all the electrics from maplin, he got full marks just an idea.

Isnt this just like a repeat topic of " Do you smoke!".
Smoking sucks. even though i used to but yeah thats what made me quit too much money and it was overall a bad habit, smoking should either be put up to 18 at least or banned as there trying to do now in public, i must admit smoking is becomming verry un-social.
