  1. Hey all, it's been a while... I've been looking into various riding shoes that provide more ankle support and I'm torn between the Five Ten Impact High

and the Freerider High. Have any of you tried either of these? I've been running the low Freeriders for years but I just need something over my ankle.

    Thanks!

  2. I've got a really strange issue... I haven't ridden a lot lately but this has happened every time I get on the bike, so at least once or twice a week for the last month. This usually happens once when I first get on the bike, and then often throughout my ride. When I put my right foot on the pedal the first time and then pretty much any time I land a decent size gap, my right ankle totally folds, with my foot going inward. I have no other ankle pain, but this literally puts me on the ground out of nowhere and hurts like hell. 2 minutes later, I'm totally fine. Anyone ever had this? Should I get checked? Thanks.

  3. Hey. So I've got an Echo SL non disc front hub on my bike and the shell is super worn so the whole thing is rattling around... I want to replace it, but I don't want to have to get rid of my spokes in the process.

This is the hub I have, but I can't find dimensions for it anywhere. http://www.hbtrials.com/product.php?productid=16786&cat=314&page=2

I want to replace it with this, or anything that will fit once I find the dimensions. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/front_non_disc_hubs/echo_tr_non_disc/c86p10592.html

Anyway, do you know the dimensions of my SL hub? I searched all night and came up with nothing...

    Thanks a ton,

Taking everything apart and giving it a really good clean, then greasing the shit out of your bolts and reinstalling everything is usually the best way.  Are the frame/clamps/brakes old or are they a mix of new and old parts?

M5x40 should do you for the bolts too.

All new except the slaves, which are lightly used. Won't m5x40 bolts bottom out because of the shorter mounts?

  5. Hey. Do any of you guys have any experience with the Panasonic Lumix G7 camera or similar? I'm planning on starting a small video business, as well as potentially switching to a film/video production major in college, and I'm trying to decide what camera to save for as a starter. The G7 looks almost perfect. It's not too expensive and will take the Nikon lenses I already have.

    My only concerns are:
    - No high frame rates in 4k
    - I don't think it can output to a monitor while recording
    - No headphone jack

Anyway, have any of you ever used a camera like this? Or any of the similar Panasonic cameras? I'd really appreciate your opinion if you have.

    Thanks,
