I've been considering getting one of these shimano brakes to replace my current brake which is a nightmare.
Has anyone tried one of these? How are they?
Thanks,
JN

I've got one and it's great!! Definitely a yes!

Steel replicas of popular comp frames would probably be quite good for the tgs crowd that aren't too fussed about weight. A steel version of the limey 4 would be amazing as a tgs rig.
I agree! I'd love a modern geometry steel frame!

I'm pretty sure it's a Giant XC frame.

Boom...
Any excuse to post that up
Is that yours!? That's a beauty!!

I guess anything analog(turntables/record players, cassette gear, reel to reel, etc). No digital stuff. As far as speakers go, post whatever you love. How 'vintage' are we talking here?
-
I still own a CD player?
That's cool, but not too 'vintage'. I've actually still got one that I use frequently though.

Any other vintage audio gear lovers here? Post some pictures and/or a description of your setup! What have you got? Let's hear about your amazing finds at the thrift shop, yard sales, etc!
I'll post mine soon, I've just got a few little changes to make to it first.

Jitsie?
I looked on their site, but apparently I was dumb enough to look in the bike category for hats... I just looked again and found them. Thanks!
-
Are there any hats out there from trials companies? I'd love an echo hat, or a TartyBikes hat, or anything of that sort, but I can't seem to find any for sale.
If anyone knows of somewhere that sells stuff like that, it'd be great if you could point me to it.
Thanks,
JN

Nobody mentioned Middleburn cranks? They're supposed to be unbreakable.

Just read this whole thread, hahahaha!

Couldn't find any photos of Chai's Marino other than this youtube video.
Those were some big moves!

I've been wondering the same thing, and was considering starting a similar thread. I would guess it got hacked, or something along those lines.

That's what I did on my diy headset press, it works like a charm and I didn't spend a penny... ;pI would have just gone with a stack of progressively bigger washers, from the nuts and bolts container any man should have Doesn't matter what size the hole is then as long as they cant fit through each other..!
The Angry Thread.
