  1. You could totally sell that as a kit to convert an existing bike.

Are you gonna? I want one :P

We have discussed selling a kit ;) depends on the demand!

That looked mental. Great job guys :)

And as also, great edit Chris...

Hope your still getting out on the big bike..

    Cambridge ride this summer?

    Thanks Joe :)

Yeah i've just started getting back out on the trials bike, just bought a new frame ;) will be up for riding soon! Either come up here or I will take a trip down your way.

  2. I run 18:15 on my echo control 09, like you say the wheel nearly sits out of the back of the dropouts and the magura cylinders are never hitting square to the rim because of the position of the wheel. I milled out my brake clamps so that they would drop further, its a little better.

Quick question, are most people now running 18:16 on these sorts of frames? Is it work me trying a 16t sproket on the back?

  3. I dare say the blades are K2 not Solomon ;)

looks pretty cool, would love to have a go on one of those! :turned:

Just checked and you are correct sir! Haha I know nothing about skis!

Is there any reason why you don't have cranks? Surely for a bike rider the more natural position is to have one foot ahead of the other?

We did think about it, like you say the natural position for a rider is one foot in front of the other, but we decided to keep it simple, plus the people who will be using it have varying feet forward styles.

  4. Well...basically what happened its... Me and Arron (Todge on here) were bored one Friday night, we dreamt up this concept, did a quick sketch, then built it the following day!

We thought we would be proactive and prepare for snowy conditions early this year.

SnoBike is fitted with Solamon 'Big Air' snow blades, bungee tensioners and knurled stunt pegs for extra snow grip. We are quite pleased with our centre pegs which are completely home made, and bolted through where the BB used to be using the old BMX cups. The whole thing cost me around £35 in total, most of it consists of bits I had lying around in the shed.

Im so chuffed with how the whole thing turned out!

We aim to make a fleet, V2 it going to be a trials spec one, obvoiusly lighter and without stunt pegs :turned:

  5. Ace video Chris.

Too true, it's just down the road from me and still only been a few times as most of the rocks there are way too big for me.

There's more in the quarry aswell if you want to chance it.

Thanks Matt, you still riding? Has been a while since I saw you! We rode the quarry at the top of Pit Lane, and also had a look at another yard full of blocks a bit further down on the left, the rocks are even bigger in there! They are stacked higher than houses! Do you mean actually inside the quarry? Ive done a moto-trials comp in there, tis pretty sweet. You know of any more areas?

That place looks mental can you pin point on google map for us..

On Google maps its Pit Lane, Ketton, PE9 3SZ, you can see most of the areas from Google street view, thats how i found it haha.

  6. Haven't been riding a lot recently, but I found this pretty decent quarry close to where I live, so went for a little ride last weekend and here's a short video of it.

Thanks to Arron Rodgers (Fresh Products) for filming.

Trust me the rocks are bigger than they look haha!

Let us know what you think.

  7. Was a really nice watch.

You up for a barrow farm when the weather is better?

Thanks :) yeah im deffo up for a ride, havent ridden properly since September because of uni and the weather!

  8. Thanks for the upload Jack, i found the video on my computer last night, made it a while ago then went on holiday and forgot about it!

I did try adding must but i just liked it better without. Thanks for the comments so far!

  9. basically was riding earlier and realised star nut was not working right so tried tof ix it.... goes without saying obvioulsy that now its broken but as its my only bike i want to somehow get it going again without massive wobble because atm its my only way to or from college so is there any way i can botch it? any suggestions would be amazingly helpful thanks.

Bang another star nut into the steerer pushing the old one down and out of the way, job done.
