  1.

Hey guys, hope everyone is well & looking forward to some riding this weekend!

I've recently started a trials show on youtube & thought I'd share to get people involved. Now named "Trials Shack" there's only 4 shows so far (& I feel like I'm getting the hang of talking to a camera lol) but there's a few more in the works & a giveaway.

Let me know in the youtube comments what sort of thing you'd like to see more of, hope you enjoy!

    Ian

  2. Whatcha

Here's a few clips of Rich Smith & I from a, adhering to social distancing rules, ride in Bournemouth at the weekend. It was so nice to get out on a ride with someone, after months of riding alone, taking it easy on local riding spots..

Hope everyone is safe & well

Best vid ive seen from you imo.

Kinda miss the rainbow and green now that its gone.

Cheers man, nice to get a good review from the harsh critic of the forum lol

It could be a bit much but yeah, I liked the Iron finish with the deevee rim green. I'm enjoying the change being on the Smith now, & I like the slight change in geo over the Iron.

Your videos are really making me wanna ride Glasgow again!

Looks way nicer then the previous in my eyes. What you learning with the seat so high Ian?

Cheers dudes, glad you like it. Getting the hang of this cycling in a straight line, even taken the stabalisers off :)

Looks nice Ian, I thought you couldn't slam the seat on these without having it at a strange angle? Or has that been sorted? Been too long since we had a pedal.

The seat tube doesn't extend past the top tube & the seat clamp is integrated so also doesn't extend above the top tube. No you can't slam the seat tube all the way to the top tube but I can still drop it down a inch or so

Nice. You going to be rocking a new set of jogger bottoms this year too, or just the same pads + slacks as last year?

lol, nah gone back to jeans. Still padded up & shorts still don't do it for me

  6. Cool, glad some are enjoying it, I did wonder whether I could be setting myself up for a fall with the dramatic music choice but thought it went well with the footage really. Had a bit of a nightmare picking music (taking vimeo restrictions into account)

    loved that!

i know most will disagree but i prefer the look of them ozonys irons to the arcades by far, look ace.

riding was good, although i would have liked to seen a few bunnyhops to front >_< i watch alot of street videos to watch them (A) i like your style though, looks different in some way then alot of street lads, i cant quite put my finger on it yet though.

i particularly liked the actual video for cinematography purposes, the timelapse on london bridge was cool as f**k! and the last scene ride away too, looks like a filter was used? regardless, brilliant, mark sure knows how to film/put them together doesnt he.

overall i think it was a good watch ^_^(Y)

    (Y) cheers, that's was the plan (with the timelapses, intro/outro shots & cover picture) to make it an enjoyable watch, I'm not trying to big it up more than what it is. No filter used on that last shot by the way (as far as I know, Mark just sent the clips over), the skyline looked awesome. I don't want to make an edit & start a post with "nothing special" for example, I want to put some effort into every part of it & make something good to watch :)

Feel like there's a lot of expectation from edits these days & think this is a good representation of me doing what I do.

Cool to get a mixed reaction though I guess, rather than an indifferent or no reaction

Enjoyed that Ian. Plenty of cool lines.

Last one must have been scary first go!

Cheers dude, that was first go! haha, the first actual go that is.. Yeah was one of those where you're not quite sure exactly what's gonna happen & the run up was a little sketchy

  7. Yeah I thought it showed a good mix of riding & showed what the event was like pretty well. Glad it didn't show whole natural sections & full street runs, kept it short & did it's job. Was pretty gutted I couldn't go along to this. Glad there's talk of another next year already
