Hey!!!!! so after not riding for 12 years I’ve rebuilt my bike with a few new parts.... but I’ve transferred a front Shimano disk brake from my trails bike.... now the adapter is a completely different size... is their anything I can buy to sort this situation out (pics down below) thanks guys

Hey Guys! For Some reason Years ago (at least 14) a compression cap was installed on my forks, the top cap itself got so rounded I had to get it removed.... (sorry to all mechanics out their) it’s was hacked off now how am I going to remove this? Can it be knocked out like a star nut? Will I have to tip the forks upside down and knock it out? The bolt inside is completely rounded! Here’s a pic..... Thankyou guys! I hope your all well and blessed
