im in year 12, and for my Gcse coursework i had to teach someone else a sport, i chose tennis. And i have just finished my 1st yr 12 AS pe which was a personal exercise programme (PEP) and they let you do any sport that you like, cos my mate did it. you must do a differant system to us, but you can do Trials as long as your able to justify every thing and if the coursework is aimed on improvment in the sport then just show improvment or lie like most people do.

i have had an Avid for a year now, and it has never let me down, i have found that if you set them up correctly they can in some cases be stronger than HS33's, but that could just me due to needing to bleed my magura! Al

Personally i would go for Middleburns due to there looks and amazing strength. i warn u to always keep your bolts tightened, this way they will stay good (unlike mine) as a small consilation, if your break your middleburn cranks, your can always pop Middleburn an ring, send em back with £47.50 and they will swap your bashguard over and give your completely new arms. Al

hi, i stupidly rode my bike with a loose crank due to laziness, so now my left middleburn crank is buggared, its rounded off on one edge on the bit that slides onto the BB arm so it spins as u pedel slightly. Does anyone know where i could buy one crank arm eg what websites. Thanks Al
