  7. Does anyone know what kind of training the pro guys do....when they ride..how often they ride...what kind of stuff they ride on ie:natural days, urban days how many times a week that kind of thing? But more importantly what do they do WHEN they ride???
  8. Im not trying to start a big argument which one is better here but i just need a bit of advice from people that have tried both I have been riding a BT 6.0 for about 4 months but now im wondering if i should try a lower bb bike I need to hear what people found varied between the high bb and low bb bikes....what are the advantages and disadvantes that people have found after using both styles. from what i hear the high bb is good on the rear wheel and it is but its harder to tap and so on the low bb bikes are better for taps but what else have people found better for other things? I learned to tap on a high bb bike by the way and i never really rode my BT 5.0 much so i dont remmeber the low bb feel all i know is the high bb bikes.
