Yesterday i thought i had the same problem.
I took had to snapped links only on one side though if you get me :o and my chain was to loose so i took them ad links out and then when it was back together me chain snapped. And i also had bent teeth on my ring.
So i took my bike into the local bike shop and got them to put me my neew ring on and a new chain. They said you will probably have to use a tensioner one of theese : Click on the link to see !
But then they rang me up and said i dont need one because the chain was ok.
But i will still problably have to get one whan the chain slacks of

I no someone who used to have one. It was acually quite a light frame but some of the parts where very heavey. But all it needed it some decent parts and it would of been a good bike :)

I have to say i really do like that rim though but it will make strees corners on them and then it might crack. But i sopose it done't matter because he just gets his stuff for free (koxx).

Yep do what raub says. You won't scratch you frame if you have a ring then will you !
Take it off ! You will improve doing lots more stuff on your back wheel and getting up stuff.

Just get another one of the warrenty and try it out agian. If it cranks just send it back and get a refund. But it was most likley a bad batch !

Yea the shadow conspirisay chains a most probably the best full half link chains! :) They also look really good ;) You can get them from HERE!

Yep the eno freewheel is well worth it! My mate has already had his for 6 months and is still perfect condition !

Looks like i am going to have to get one tomorrow !
Went rinding for an hour and the brand new chain has slackend of quite abit !
So i am going to have to by them tensioner things now.
Never mind its achually pritty good because i can adjust my chain when ever i want and how ever :o
