Its becasuse of the lactic acid build up in the flexor muscle (underneath) in your forearm:
Stretch before you ride and it wont be as bad
It can also be the extensors because you are pulling on the brakes too hard and/or your brake levers are angled badly.
Probally just a bit of wa*kers cramp though

im having real trouble getting money sorted... mainly cause of trains to liverpool... will cost me nearly £70 to go to liverpool and back hopefully be able to sort summat.

yeah - the PSNI landrovers are built to with stand everything from RPG's to mines and high velo. rounds......
Usually when we jump on cars they wobble and shake......(suspension) The landrover didnt move at all!!! suppose over 4 tones of armour plating helps
