heat the crank arm. I used a hair dryer type thing my dad uses for work ( obviously more heat than a hair dryer). the metal expands, then basically do all the above and it will come of in a good 5 minutes, providing you heat it up enough.

YES, its good for seeing if your screen name looks good or not. negatives are, you think you have more people online than you do. But i think the real question is, how many contacts of yours are robots? like smarter child, haha.

once i were playing catch with my neighbour, and the tennis ball went in our pond, i stretched out across the floor so that i could reach the ball, as i stood up........... blindness, and.............SPLASH, horrible.

Im so gutted about this, if addingham moorside is no more, theres no reason for having my motorbike, first skipton moor gets closed, because of one women who was linked to the council. Now Addingham under very simaler circumstances. surely you look into the suroundings of a house your going to buy before you go ahead and do it, why should it be diffrent for this guy. any reason hes given has to be ridiculous, hes moved recently and he moans straight away.

If you mean a bash on either crank it would work effectively, give more clearance and hold the bike steady. I wouldnt be suprised if its on the market at some point.
-
hi dom, is your bike based around a budget or is money not an issue?

One more double disc deng frame, looks sweet. Could you possibly post a picture of the adaptor alone? I like to see how other peoples adaptors work. And posting how you made it etc, may stop people moaning about using the bike pictures thread.

how much does that cost?
I bought it of Inur, he made it for his Gu and I presume he sold it, so I bought it for something like a tenner.

before i get laughed at, can I just say my performance at oakworth was affectted greatley by a very bad cold. despite my very consistant run of 5's and loss of body heat. looking back i thought the trial wasnt a complete waste. I deffiantley need to ride more natrual, see you all at the next one, hopefully I can regain my self. And I got to see the dual disc T-lite, thats a top job Boothy

to save making another thread, Im fairly sure my disk is contaminated, if i put hot water on it, it works brilliantley, but only for 2 minutes. Does this mean that the rotor deffiantley is contaminated?
