Right, I've never bothered posting on here for various reasons, ok, make that one reason, lol. Hence the somewhat inadequate location of this post. But this, this one needs addressing; Dude, I've just watched your 'Trapped in a moment' video. I demand more. Ok? Reading through the comments following the posting of that video was interesting, most were positive, but the irony of those that were not positive just made me smile a little. .... Fcuksocks, you know, I just drafted a post of unrivalled crafstmanship and yet I've given up and deleted most of it because I don't have any faith that it's going to be read by the intended recipients. No doubt there has been much discussion regarding the validations process on this forum, but I'm going to chuck in my tuppence worth anyway. I never post on here because when I want to post a relevant answer to a topic I don't have the permission. Good Lord what the hell is that about?! Why can't this place operate in the same way as most other forums do? Hmm? Is it because it's easier to filter the drivel out of only one room as opposed to moderating the entire forum? Or is it to discourage those of us who'd rather be out riding than sitting rotting infront of a computer, trying to come up with suitable witty and original subject matter to prove one's good intention? Sounds like a hell of a fuss to me. I want to reply to a post without having to submit my damn CV for approval first!!* Ok, now I've said that hopefully I can stem any 'opinions' before they happen. That was not a direct rant at the forum mods. That was me venting spleen in my way. I don't have the talent to produce a thought provoking video, I am about as artistic as a brick. All I have is a reasonable vocabulary, so I use it when I need to. I appreciate that the guys running this forum do a great service for the trials scene and it really is a commendable thing they do, however my frustration at not being included because of seemingly Hitlerian control principles has finally lead to this. I shall use the phone to contact my riding mates as I always have. Maybe my view on this is a simplistic one and there may well be reasons only the mods know as to why the forums operates as it does, but surely if someone is posting tosh, they can just be deleted wherever they may be on the forum? Which, no doubt, is the fate of this particular example of 'tosh'. *My apologies for the use I multiple exclamation marks, I was in full 'rant-tastic' flow.
