Around yate we have two natural spots the first one is this wood and the second is are local quary. Both of these are pretty good spots

When my pads dont return all i do is undo the little alenkey bolt (which you bleed it thought) and then push the pads back until they dont go back no more, a little fulid should come out, but it always works for me. P.s. ownly undo the bolt a bit, about 1 to 2 turns.

when i remove grips or put them on i use compressed air.

It makes your brake fill less spongy
