    Reposted it here, to stop the few 'idiot' new members from killing my thread.

    Instead of having a stupid validation system, that (even though i am a member) i find discriminative as it judges people by there internet projected attitude/personality which is very inaccurate as most people take what people say, the wrong way, -for instance, someone could be cussed down and frowned upon for putting up what was supposed to be a joke, because people took it the wrong way etc.. , it is also very judgemental on peoples grammer and spelling.. which i feel is most unfair as not everyone is on a degree course at uni for English Spelling.. -take my friend trav, he isn't very good at all at spelling or grammar he is a labourer for a job,so therefore he doesn't need it! .. he is also on the other hand an Extremely talented rider, but he cannot post on this forum and doesn't any more as he gets nothing but greif about his spelling etc... i find that once 1 person makes a comment on someone's spelling, everyone has to kick off and say there piece and it ruins the thread...

    anyways, rambling aside.. here is the solution...

    Instead of having 'New members' & 'Members' Have 'Members' and 'Premium Members' ... charge a small fee, like £5 p/yr for access to the 'Premium Members forums' and add some stuff to make it worth while spending on the membership..

    that way, Not only does the owner of this site make a profit, you will find that Premium Members will make better & more sensible use of the forum as 'in a way, they have paid for it..

    it also solves the problem of people constantly winging about becoming a full member, eliminates the stress of the mods having to assess every single new member to the forum.

    maby put up a poll see what people think.. its an idea. and to be honest, if this was my website , i would have done this ages ago.. its a Very good investment! and im sure if the people on here can afford £500 + for a trials bike & more for maintenance, then they (or their parents, most cases now days -no offence) can afford an extra Fiver for the 'premium membership'

    -1 last thing.... there is a difference between MSN talk and Text talk.. Text talk designed to save space and cram more words into 1 tx, to save on credit.. but MSN talk , using abbreviations like to be honest and PMSL are no more than a form of short hand , call it 'internet talk' and begin as 90% of people that use the net understand what it means nowadays, i don't see why its such a problem to use it! -after all.. this is a socializing forum for people that enjoy trials riding.. not a university project!

    nope, tryed it on me mums laptop, bros laptop, sisters laptop. all geting the same message!! and now i have rolled back to WMP 10 , -no difference, installed that VLC player, it jumps and jolts well bad..

    Arrrg!! i am not buying a new computer to watch neils vid!! can anyone re encode it in MPG for me and post it up?? or msn?!

    every time i want to watch a vid by neil or cls, it freezes soo much its impossible to watch... and i downloaded neils No33 vid, it plays for like 10 sec (altho joulty) and then stops, + brings up an error message saying either 'Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.' or 'Windows Media Player cannot play the file because it is corrupted'

    if i flick through the vid, it plays.. for upto 20sec.. then i get one of them messages..

    i have tryed it in Media player 11, Winamp (no error messages, but constantly freezing.) and realplayer -same error messages as WMP

    does anyone know whats going on!! all me porn n stuff works fine :P

    mabe im using a crap codec..what shuld i get?

    does anyone know the spoke length to fit a chris king ISO rear to a '07 echo rear rim?? hope someone knows as i need to get adam tart to build it up, wana post the hub today, but i still have my nice shiney black spokes from my chris king 2 try-all rim build. so obv if they fit, id like to use them!

    i hear the short 26" more streetable than the high bb long Pitbull.. and the high bb pitbull rides nice in my opionin..

    so the GU shuld be AMAZING! WELL IT BETTER BE BECAUSE I HAVE ONE BEING DELIVERED THIS WEEK!! AND IF IT AINT AMAZING , I WOOOOOOONT BE A HAPPY BUNNY! hehe :@:@:@:@ lol

    Seem to be going down that road again of what is trials? When i think to be fair trials is what ever u make it or what ever u want it to be.... There true TRIALS heros in my eyes they can ride however they like!! (Y)

    i have alwayse seen trials as ' people -ususlly wearing lycra, competing on a natural or man made course of objects, avoiding penalty points and racing agienst the clock' - same as motorbike trials.. altho i have much more respect for moto-trials..

    i started riding wen i was 15 (8 years ago) i didnt ride any perticula type of riding 'format' just liked doing wheelies and jumping off benches.. i was inspired by jason finn, who is an ex competition world class moto-trials rider, turned Moto-trials trick/stunt/show rider... being as he lives very close to me and see that i liked to jump around doing tricks on me pushbike (showing off basically) , he let me help out on his team etcetc..

    my riding style evolve through the years, and when i was say 19 i was doing kick hop drop offs, 360 rockwalks , gaping benches, manuals, and basically simila stuff to ryan leech/jeoff... i only later that year found out about trials riding... which back then WAS people , wearing lycra, competing on obsticals.. but i never grew fond of this sport, as i was used to showing off, expecially from spending time working for team jason finn, infront of 1000's of people! i get my kick out of pulling off a good trick / line etc, and geting cheered by people watching! like 180ing off a phone box in the middle of a buisy highstreet, where u can hear everyone go 'oh my god!! O_O' !!

    my bikes have progressed from a trek 24 speed mountain bike with rockshox XLC tripple crown's to gt zaskar LE, clubroost stinger with rock shox susp, hardcore, pea shooter, saracen exiles, orange zeros, megamo.. and my latest one -ariving next week.. a GU.. which is my most 'trials' related bike i have ever owned, Also, while my bikes changed,becoming more 'Tuned to my style' my riding has also progressed to tapping walls doing rail gaps, the occasional rock section... But, after all this progression and change in style.. i still, will not class myself as a 'Trials Rider' insted, id say i ride 'street / freestyle' because i ride for the Buzz! not points, medals etc, nothing else! and this is also how i recon ryan leech and jeoff etc ,to a sertain exent would also see their riding styles as too.

    2Gb :S Thats FAR too small. Whoever told you it would be faster that way? Personally mines is 20gb. Also use NTFS not stoneage FAT32.

    i no it will load faster when the OS is on a smaller partition / drive, as on startup it does a scan of the drive, and the smaller it is, the faster its done.. iv had xp installed with minium components added , on a 1.2 GB hdd , and i got the login screen loaded within 7-8 seconds after the bios screen.. im not gona go into the details of why, but i can assure you its true..

    20 gb is way over the top though.. ull find ur virtual memory eats most of that space. i make the VM run on a different drive alltogether, speeds up disk access as it doesnt get busiy reading and writeing VM as well as trying to load programs etc.

    NTFS is only better for the power user too, as in networkd computers etc, as it provides better security and very slightly faster file access.. but it also has dissadvantages, like becoming a rite pain in the backside if ever you need to reinstall windows etc. it almost locks you out of your own computer! i find FAT32 works fine for me.. supose the differneces are simila to the differences between XP home and XP pro.. i used to sware by XP pro, but then i realised , i dont need all the extra functions of increased security etc etc.. and therefore XP home works perfect for what i need. but each to there own :)

    i reinstalled windows XP the other day, and decided to partition my harddisk, keeping the windoes partition smaller to increase the load time.. i made the XP partition 2gb ad the other 4gb..

    problem i have now, is i made the XP partition too small! i have like 100mb space left.. i dont install programs etc onto that partition, its purely for XP... and i have removed all clutter etc from that partition and swapped virtual memory to a differnt HDD (i have 5 HDD's connected in total).

    is there any way i can enlarge the XP partition, without loosing the OS ?? i can backup the XP partition to another HDD... i no u can use ASR (automated system recovery) but im using XP home, and ASR is disabled, it only works on PRO etc ...

    Any ideas? -obv if i need to backup the XP partition, ill need a program that backs up the BootData too, but i must also be able to resize the FAT32 else the file system will not recognise the extra space in the partition when i resize it.

    i hate computers!! :@

    Alternatively, if you just switch the clips slightly more offen, cut them up a bit... and mabe use Faster Drum&bass, like horrorcore (the darkest filthyest d&B) then it will fit better..

    prob with normal D&B is there is a typical 1.2...3.4 1.2...3.4 (boom.tic...boomTic) beet ... where as in horrorcore D&B, the beets are endless ... boomboomboomboom ticticiticticboomtic..boomticboom boom BANGABANGticticbooom ...BASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSLINE ..tictictcitcitcibababababbbbooomttticccboom

    yea the chavs round ere (chatham - chav central) are getin older -20 + but they are generally ok .. its the younger ones like 15-19 that are the problem. most of the older ones are too stoned/drunk to be assed anymore...or i know them from school etc and get along with them... but the younger ones, that dont no you, there the asses!

    my advice would be.... grow some muscle, and people dont mess with you, cos they assume everyone with muscle , is a nutcase of a fighter!! :S i have had so many people say they would be shit scared to get in a fight with me cos i am now 'hench' :P but i think the real reason theyre scared is cos of my Huge cock :P hehe

    i would have thrown me bike down, marched up though the biggest laryest 'ring leader' one there and without saying a word, cracked him in the nose so hard that he wouldnt wake up in a week.. then the rest will either piss off, or start a rumble, to wich i will try me hardest and leave knowing that i taught one of them a lesson <_<
