  1. Right i need some advice of to what i should do so heres the problem. I sold my mod a bit ago and got a stock because i wanted a change, after riding my stock for a couple of days i had this problem where my headset was really rocking and i found out that the frame inside was flared a bit on one side, everytime i try and fix it by putting strips of can in the frame and stuff its fine but then i will restart about 2 days later. after putting up with this for this time i have realised how much i prefer and love riding mod and would like to get another one. But now comes the problem that i have with my flared frame how can i sell it. do you think i should. I need your honest advice here folks and it would be very very appreciated. cheers ps. the frame is a 05 zoo pitbull 1065 DOM
  2. no , what i did was when i got the frame it was covered in scratches so i decided to have it sandblasted and then i just laqured over the top.

  9. Right i have a problem with my tensile cranks. I have a normal tensile bashguard thats the thick black one, i screwed it onto my cranks and everything was fine then i screwed my onza fixed front cog on and it went on properly and there was no shit on it and everything was good. Then i went out for a ride did some small gaps then i tried to static hop a wall and put a lot of pressure on and the cog stripped all of the threads of the end of my cranks. Has anybody had this problem, also if you have tensile cranks and bashguard what cog do you run. I also noticed after i had finshed screwing the cog on that it didnt screw on that much because of the bashguard taking up most of the room. I have sorted it now by taking the bashguard of and screwing the cog right the way on, but i dont like the fact of not having a bashgurad as i keep hitting my cog. can anybody help me. cheers DOM

  15. Dont take this as an offence, you need to be a little more firm, 1. im presuming that you have set dates for him to give you the money, and he has let you down every time if you keep setting dates he will just do the same again. 2. you dont need to get anybody involved, just go round there im hopeing you now where he lives, and speak to his parents explain the situation and ask them what they would do if they were in your place if there decent enough they will get you your money. 3. if that fails take legal action. hope that helps DOM

  18. Well, this is my first stock bike and im just getting to grips with it all, but i went out the other day and after a while i started to get a bit of chain slap and it makes a horrible noise, i tried to put tension on my chain by pushing my rear mech down and tightening it up but now the rear mech after i have tightened it just springs back up to the frame so my chain isnt that tight. The chain slap is that bad that when i go down a kurb it makes quite a bad noise. Does anyone now why it does this, does the the bolt in the rear mech need to really tight as i darnt tighten super tight as the allen key is that size for a reason. DOM
  19. The material is to soft, so it just feels to spongey. DOM
  20. Iam very pissed of, your not gonna believe the things that have happened to me. 1. i just got a zoo pitbull frame of my mate and the headtube is flared. i dont know how ias i put it in properly and very carefully. 2. My mech is f**ked and is letting me just about ride. 3.I have found a crack in my bars 4. my sproket has ripped the threads of my cranks. 5. my front brake has just popped and i have only bin out on my new bike once when most these things happened. but anyway i think should take the bashguard of and screw the sprocket on more because then it has more threads to grip. but if i do this i wont have anything to protect my bike and cranks. thanks you for listening to my moan but i just had to get it all out.
