Dude, havn't been able to get your vid yet, but if you have serious ankle problems, there is a guy who can help you. His names Simon Lord, he's a physiotherapist whos worked wiith the MK Dons (football team), all the Tartybikes lads, me, and many other people who have well and truly buggered ankles over the years. Hes located in Totness at the moment and if you need help with your ankle, hes the man to get in touch with. I shattered both my ankles on new years eve a year ago, and was told I'd never ride again. It was because of Si that I got back on the bike, and I'm now riding better than ever. Its seriously worth getting in touch with this bloke if you can. His MSN is silord@hotmail.com, hes a bloody nice bloke, and he WILL get you back on the bike, if you want to be. No kidding at all. I only offer because I've been in exactly the same place (I.e. having to face the fact that I just could not ride anymore) and I know how it feels.
Hope he can help you mate.
Rich

Im not going for the ripped look at all since ive started training. I weighed 9 and a half stone when i last checked (62kg) which is stupidly light when i want to be gaining strength. So since then ive been eating everything in sight to try and bulk up. Turns out i have a better matabolism than i thought.. so its actually bloody hard.
Similar to me mate, im about 10 stone. aged 16. i can eat all day long and not put on a pound!

I personally use ribbon now, but you can use electrical tape etc as said above.
Heres a picture to show it, this is on my old rim and not the best of pictures but you get the idea.

Thats a quality vid, the music fits perfectly..

Its a lot easier than the mini clip one, some parts were tricky but it was good that it had so many levels...

Someone i know has one of those tv cards, he seems to like it!
Go for it , also its not excessively expensive

The only way is to use a screw driver and tap it round i think, not easy though, a tool would be mostly desired

I have a hope mono trial 180mm rotor, its a very good brake,
just make sure you set it up good, with the rotor in the middle of the pads sounds easy and is, you get given washers to add to the bolts on the caliper side and it moves it over.
