Hey dude, i was thinking about getting one myself actually. Your bb might not fit as the frame will probably take a wider one, itd probably be best giving tarty a ring and asking them which one would be best for you!
As for your bars and stem setup, they should be fine, when you get the frame try and play around with it to get it riding just how you like it.
The MBK will have more tyre clearence then your frame at the moment so that wont be a problem.
Im not sure on any of the rest because i dont own one and have never ridden one but i know that you'll be fine adjusting to it.

i understand where your coming from dude, its very anoying!! the people that live next to me used to have a dog and kids that made soooo much noise at stupid aclock in the morning, so i put some really loud drum and bass on at like 5 in the morning lol,soon made them shutup!
