  2. Yeh i do athletics long jump 100 , 200 .Eat alot of protein foods , also carbs. If your serious about the sport , go to the gym , do some squats with heavy weight to

get your strength up key is to get as strong as you can with little mass as possible so bout 6-8 reps , also need strong lower abs do raise your legs when running , etc.

Its also important to stay supple so do alot of stretching to get maximum stride length. Also plymetrics help speed. This is what i do at my club anyways.

    thanks

  3. Best rim ive had was probs my onza ronnie rim , ive tryed , 2 try alls , 1 echo , 1 monty. The ronnie kept straight , just slightly weaker sidewall but i thought

this was good as it protected it from cracking / flatspot. Echo , probs next after that , then tryall i didnt really rate that rim i kept having to get the spoke key out

all the time , good build aswell. Then monty , lol.

downside of ronnie rim which you mite not like - its quite thin.

  4. Yeh my school did that i think its good as id already got my full gcse`s in maths and english by year 10 , so its alot less pressure this year . So you can concentrate getting

good results in the other subjects. Maybe not too good for people who struggle with school as they might just get frustrated covering the work again and again if they fail the

first year , like what ive seen in a few people in my year.

  5. i use them and i have them sent every few months, saves hassle, ask at Spec savers or somewhere.

Yeh same i think its specsavers they send me a box with about 3 months worth in, always have spare even though i use them pretty much every day.

Save hassle but might be more expensive.

  6. We have sky broadband , to be honest its terrible the wireless is always cutting off , its pretty slow sometimes fast but just depends when it is. Customer service isnt good either

ended up ringing them up put on hold , they gave us advise that didnt help , then they said they had to sent a new router which took like a week to come.

As for tv's i would get the cheapest on in your links ive got the same but 32" in my bedroom amazing quality on hd with xbox, i was also looking at the samsungs but the

sound quality was crap. Also look in sainsburys lol , thats where i got mine alot cheaper than i could find it anywhere else by a long way.

actually im lieing ive got sony kdl32 u3000 but it looks pretty much the same thing.

  7. Hello to all...

Errrm well i just started going to the gym as of early last week - all is going well...

However when i first started naturally i pushed myself as hard as i could and felt the effects of it the next day, aching all over and feeling that i've torn into my muscles. Even over the last week i've felt my stamina constantly improve and im able to push harder and for longer which is nice.

But, last night for instance, i pushed myself so hard that i could barely move afterwards and couldnt finish my reps (which im told your supposed to do) yet i feel no aching at all today, not the slightest bit.....? Im just wondering why that is?

I do a load of cardio on the treadmills, cycling and rowing machines, then some resistance work outs followed by a set of weights and some push ups, to finish off with a swim in the pool. I would of thought the more i push myself the more i would feel it the next day?

As far as i am aware if i dont ache the next day - then i havent done it properly...? Any advice...?

    Cheers.

Train seperate body parts different days so you get a more intence workout , back biceps , shoulders traps , chest triceps.Less

cardio if you want to bulk then do more when you want to tone the muscle
