Thanks all the best to you two.Now getting viz grips in orange echo sliver cranks 04 ones andnew acs freewheel and fornt avid rake as i only like the rear maggy have a front v brakes much easyer to control the bike when its on its front wheel.

Hey iam sam, i never really told you lot about me when i frist came on to this forum as all i was looking for was a trails bike. And i have one it has taken be six month of waiting and looking and around now i have it just waiting on my new echo cranks and freewheel.Bye the way its an onza t-bird

iam sam lewis i come form hertfordshire in tring riding for one day had been riding for 3 year downhill and 4x and dirtjuming. Now i have my bike iam hopeing to be as much use on this forum to help orther poeple and for you lot to help.

Cooking pasta
1.
Pour boiling water form the kettle into a large saucepan until it's about two-thirds full,Bring the water to boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Drop the pasta into the water and stir vigorouly.Cover and bringback to boil,Then lift off the lid and boil to according to packet instructions.Stir occasionally to keep the strands of the tegliatelle separate.To test the pasta to see if cooked lift a strand out and taste it - it should be stender but with a sligth bite to it. then dran in a lagre colander then put back it to the saucepan and add your sauce you would like to have with it.
Best thing with pasta you can put anything with it i put mine with cheese and a bit of garlic oil tatse so good and its so easy to do.

Maybe because you gave me the roug email i told my mum to stop the post because its under spacial deliver if the bike did not come an did not so she got the cheque sent to the post office and sent back to only because your never online i get poeple to pm because iam not amember you do not reply.that y the money no there it would have been there do day if your bike had come today so it on its way back to be only because you gave me a rouge home number to ring you on, that y i could not phone you.Be nic if you could have emailed me.

I am only 15 and i worked in a kicthen for a year with a pro chef i wold say iam a bloody good cook the guy that said about a recipe topic that not a bad idea think i migth post one what you lot think.

Yeh i know him, he is really trustworthy and a genuinely decent guy, he is always really rushed off his feet at home though as he's normally babyitting his brother so never normally gets to be online for more than 5-10 minutes, i dont have his home number though if he comes online I'll get him to look at this topic.
Also if this is about the t-bird hes selling you, hes sent it, i went with him to the post office on Saturday morning and he sent it special delivery so you should have it on Monday before 1pm
