Hey again,
i was wondering what the next thing i should move onto is after learning to lurch. I can do about 30 lurches or so in a row now so was wondering what i should move onto next?
and any guides would help.

got 2gig of entirely trials videos. only been into trials a couple of months.

Er, not being funny, but if you don't have the time, (all of 60 minutes) to take apart your frame to spray it properly, then don't even bother.
Spraying takes time, or you will f**k it up, as you've proven.
I seriously can't believe you've tried to spray your bike when its still together. :D
I took it apart to spray it but not to use the paint stripper.
Also thanks for the advice everyone!

mate that takes time, if i had some of that i wouldnt have f'cked up the spray in the first place :angry:

Using some cheapy paint stripper, is working a treat. f**king hurts when in contact with skin (this dummy forgot to wear gloves first time round) but seems to be making a difference. I've got pink and white paint everywhere... tyres, brakes, grips. And a few patches of nice silver bike. I'm leaving the stripper on it for about 15 minutes to see what happens but i do seem to be getting in quite a mess.
Oh and i've almost ran out of paint stripper.
and i'm feeling high as a kite.

Today i tried to spray my frame pink, i failed. Then i tried to cover it up with white, i failed again. Now i'm thinking a nice clean no paint metal would look nice.
What do i need to buy/do to strip all the paint off my frame.

Who here finds that they simply suck at pedal kicks when they're tired?
I managed to get 6 this morning on my new stock but after a while all i could do was 2. Was wondering if anyone else finds this?

Ahh, so i've finally got my stock up and fully working. Had a sh't load of problems with the rear mech so i decided to run single speed.
Bloody love it :blink: i feel so much more controlled riding stock and its just a much nicer ride. I must say though, i've only had a total of about 30 minutes on the best but i've kinda got used to the leverage on the frame and can do about 3 pedal kicks.
So all in all i'm really happy i went stock. My bike is a little more streety than most 26" but its perfect for me.
Will update again once i get a bit more used to the geom.

hey, my rear casset seems to be sticking when it goes round. The sticking/locking up causes the rear mech to jolt forward and really messes up your riding. I was wondering if anyone had a simular problem or knows how to fix it?

Yes you will son, no point making him miserable too. Hope you find your bike, unfortunatly i live nowhere near there but i'll keep an eye out on ebay :P
