no offense mate, but if your not working out to point where you ache for a day or two after... protein shakes are a waste of time and money.
none of you seem to have any real experience weight training, you think you can just smash back some off the shelf food supplements and get bigger and stronger! not that simple!

mass comes from flaming the muscle creating big surface tears, strength cause deeper smaller tears. mass naturally comes with strength, but not the fuller leaner muscle that a lot of people want.

Lower the reps raise the weight for mass

How much protein per shake??? Seems a lot, no?
2 scoops a shake, mixed with L-glutamine and BCAA's. Half way through a 6 month bulk so not too fussed on the intake lol.

i have a minimum of 2 shakes a day, 3 on days of training and up to 5 when i work nights on fri/sat.....

Im a doorman and work for a the 'super' club in Portsmouth. Being such a big club our rules are quite strict but nothing really comes of it. If on entry they are unsure about the id but to some extent does look like you they can just turn you away however if its blatantly not you they can take it off you. If your in the club you'll normally get the id taken off you and removed pretty much it. The id gets handed to the police and they ask the owner if they gave the id out or it was stolen. If it was given out they get a bollocking/fine if it was stolen they can press charges buuuut that never happens

If the car is worth while then yes (ie, skylines, supras, evos, scoobys, rx7s ect) A subtle bodykit is as much as i would go. Nice wheels, sorted suspension and tune it to f**k! But if its a clio, saxo or any other shit box like that then no. They all need to be DESTROYED! Old school cars like minis, beetles are cool too! Could anyone explain why chavs put spoilers on their cars when the car is A. Front wheel drive B. put one on the rear of the car to create downforce C. Thus essentially liftin the front wheels and reducing drive!
I beg to differ, my 106 was running just over 160bhp and handled amazing. not only did it look ok it went like shit. I think it all depends whats done to it, everyone thinks that because a car is modified that the driver automaticly thinks hes driving a rocket ship. The euro scene is mainly for looks so the need to a fast car isnt there. But end of the day what ever you do to your car should be because you like it not what others say.

Id be pretty tempted to try a high protein/fat low carb diet. Start pushing the weights with a bit of cardio and see how your progressing.
