Its just a standard M5 by 0.8 thread.
A helicoil is exactly what your asking if anyone makes. You drill the mount out to 5 point something I think it is, then tap it with an M6 by 0.8 tap, then put a steel insert into that thread to bring it back down to the original M5 by 0.8 size.
You drill it out with a 5.2mm drill bit, then GENTLY tap it out to a standard m6 thread (m6 by 0.8) 5.2mm + 0.8mm pitch of the threads = 6mm
Next insert a (m6 by 0.8 to m5 by 0.8) helicoil using the correct (don't quote me on if this is the tools correct name ) helicoil driver
Main things to remember when helicoiling is to get the new holes parallel to the original ones and make sure you use the taps in the right order and NEVER tap or drill holes dry, use some form of cutting lube

Depending on what your welding it might be better to look for a tig welder wouldnt it ??? Yeah its a litle harder to do but if you can already mig weld it shouldnt be too much harder to pick up I find that migs dont like welding plate or box section metal unless its fairly thick ! That said i was using a 195 amp welder to weld 4mm plate If it has to be a mig welder though i know draper do a reliable 95 amp gasless welder for £150ish new

Personally I'd say just listening to a track i love, riding (even if its a line ive done done 100 times) and forgetting everything else !
-
Personally I'd put a very slight grind on the back rim koxx reds become out of this world with a very slight grind.... and maybe go up to a 185mm rotor on the front, but thats just how i like a bike looks wise it is the nicest ashton I've ever seen
-
18:14 with 165mm cranks on a 24" is nice perfect for tapping at least
-
200 rotor will fit fine... i run a 185mm avid with 180mm aztec rotor, and the wierd thing is the pads are better placed on the rotor than running a 185 the pads used to wear at the top of the pad but not the bottom but with the 180 it seems to wear evenly

So long as i can get the day off and not clinicaly obbease from eating turkey then i'm in ! i think i can persuade a couple of other to come too

Howdy
Well basically at the minute i run try-all cranks and with my eno there are not enough threads on the drive side to safely run a bash ring (it screw on to about 5 threads) so what i'm asking is, can i run a set of monty cranks with an eno and a bash ???
pictures would be great i guess but any helps awsome
